Project Administration

Responsibilities:
- To maintain filing system dan recording data of project document and other related material
- To carry out confidential administrative duties for the Department
- Making summary report about project's progress
- Reporting project's progress to Sr. Project Manager and foreigner consultant
- Male, age max 32 years old
- Candidates must possess as a Diploma of civil Engineering
- Preferebly with one (1) year experience as a project administration
- Proficiency in active & passive English & Mandarin plus hardworker, honest, details oriented, multi tasker, self motivated & fast learner
- Good analytical thinking & good interpersonal skill
- Computer (MS office) literate & has good administrative skill
- Both independently & as a team player
- Requried language : English & Mandarin
